Meet the Team Behind the Scenes
Every great club is built on teamwork, and ours is no exception! The Central Arkansas Gem, Mineral & Geology Society is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who keep everything running smoothly — from planning digs and shows to making sure meetings are organized and fun.
Our board exists to provide direction, fairness, and accountability, but it’s also about sharing the workload so no one carries the weight alone. Positions are nominated and elected by our members, and we rotate these leadership roles on a regular basis. This way, everyone has the chance to bring in fresh ideas, new energy, and a unique perspective that helps our club grow.
These volunteers dedicate their time because they believe in our mission and love the community we’ve built together. Their behind-the-scenes efforts make it possible for all of us to enjoy great events, educational opportunities, and the friendships that come with being part of CAGMAGS.
